手动撕破强度测试仪简介

　　手动撕破强度测试仪是基于 APPITA 方法和遵守 BRITISH, ISO, SCAN, TAPPI, M&S 以及其他国家和国际标准，包含有 3 个可换摆锤，轻型、中等和重型，其范围可达到 32000 毫牛(mN)，试样切刀，两个螺丝钻和艾伦内六角扳手。若需要的话还订购 1、2 或 3 个摆锤，或以后再订购。

　　特殊的摆锤，对于测试厚的纺织品可增加高达 64,000 mN 的重量，同时也要使用重型试样切刀。

The testing process

For the M&S test, refer to its procedures.

The sample was cut with the cutting knife provided by the instrument, such as British. The APPITA & SCAN method was 50 x 62mm, but the actual tear length was 43mm(19mm less than the original incision of 62mm).

The sample size cut by TAPPI knife is 50 x 63mm, and the actual tear length is 43mm(20mm less than the original cut 63mm).

The sample cutter is attached with a ruler marked in millimetres. Two black straps are attached to the cutter support, the shorter one is below the ruler for cutting 62mm (British, APPITA & SCAN)

When the blade is lowered, a sample with a width of 50mm is obtained. Cut the material with a short plastic strip at the time of lowering, and obtain 50 x 62mm or 50 x 63mm samples according to the method used.

Select and assemble the appropriate pendulum

Select the right pendulum and assemble it as described in chapter 1.

Install test samples

When the pendulum is in its initial position, choose 4 test samples that are coarser facing the cutting edge. Clamp in the center of the clamp so that each lower edge is at the bottom of the mouth and the side of the sample coincides. The blade turns to cut the test sample and returns to the balance position. As can be seen, the rotating blade cuts a zui initial cut of 19mm(British, APPITA & SCAN method) and 20mm(TAPPI method) in the sample, releasing the pendulum to cut the remaining 43mm.

The blade can be sharpened and reset as necessary by simply loosening the two blade set screws and moving the blade outward until a 19 or 20mm cut is achieved (length as determined by method).
