The working principle of medical needle (needle) toughness tester is to fix one end of the needle, apply a force from the fixed point to the specified span needle, first in one direction, then bend a specified Angle in the opposite direction, and so repeatedly bend the specified number of times. The experimental operation steps are as follows:

1. Take the appropriate amount of injection needle tube and fix a firm section of the needle body on the fixture;

2. Fixed one end of the needle tube on the fixture and adjust the following bending angle according to the specified span load corresponding to the needle pipe specified in Table 3, with normal wall 25°, thin wall 20° and 15°.

3. Apply a large enough force at the specified span position for 20 times at a frequency of 0.5Hz, and observe the breaking of the needle pipe.

4. Save and print the experimental results.

5. Make the power supply to turn off after the test.
