Working principle:

The strip test sample is clamped with a sample splitter, and the sample to be tested is used to cover the slide block, and then the slide block is placed on the hanging hole of the sensor. Under certain contact pressure, the rack is driven by a motor to make the sensor move, that is, to make the two test surfaces move relative to each other. The force signal measured by the sensor is amplified by the collector and sent to the recorder, and the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient are recorded respectively.
