Mask leak tester

Mask leakage tester / respiratory melt-blown filter material leakage test is used to detect the filtration efficiency and protective effect of respiratory melt-blown filter material and protective mask.Test standards shall refer to GB2626-2019.

test condition

1. Each mask should select 10 people with the head and face size for the wearing test. Participants should shave the beard clean.The mask should be worn to the subject, and the head band adjustment should not be too tight or too loose.

2. Check the concentration of particulate matter in the test warehouse.

3. The filtration rate of filter parts to oil mist is higher than 99.997%. If the manufacturer has no filter parts with this oil mist filtration efficiency, the replacement of filter parts higher than 99.997% is allowed during the test.

4. The sampling pipe of the inspection warehouse should be located in the moving area of the subject's head. The sampling pipe should be installed on the tested sample, the interface remains air tight, and the pipe end should be close to the mouth and nose area.

step

1. Pass the particulate matter into the test bin, adjust the concentration to the stable concentration required by the test, start the pumping pump, and the airflow concentration is measured by the luminometer.

2. The subject should wear the mask correctly, make a preliminary air tightness inspection according to the use method, and adjust it appropriately to connect the sampling tube to the luminometer.

3. Start the pumping pump and measure the airflow concentration in the mask when the subject breathin the air without smoke outside the inspection warehouse. Take 5 numbers and the average background concentration.

4. Ask the subject to enter the detection warehouse and complete the following actions according to the instructions. Measure the concentration of the airflow in the mask under each action, 5 data, and the average value as the leakage concentration of the action.

4.1. Breanormally for 2 minutes;

4.2. Deep breath for 2 minutes;

4.3. Turn your head left and right, look up and bow down for 2 minutes;

4.4. Speak aloud or Read aloud for 2 minutes;

4.5. Walk for 2 minutes.
