The test principle of

Oil mist method:

Dry oil-free compressed air enters into the aerosol generator at a certain flow rate to produce aerosols with a certain particle distribution. After screening by cascade impactor, the particles with particle size distribution meeting the standard requirements are discharged from the aerosol outlet to the test pipeline.

The pressure difference sensor is installed on both sides of the filter material. During the test, the number of particles in the upstream and downstream of the filter material is monitored. The whole test process is carried out at a certain flow rate or air volume.
