Ultraviolet light in sunlight is the main factor that damages the durability of most materials. We use ultraviolet lamps to simulate the short-wave ultraviolet part of sunlight, which produces little visible or infrared spectral energy. We can choose UV lamps with different wavelengths according to different test requirements, because each lamp has different irradiation energy and wavelength in the total ultraviolet radiation. Usually, UV lamp can be divided into UVA and UVB two kinds.

In many outdoor environments, materials can be moist up to 12 hours a day. Studies have shown that dew, not rain, is the main factor in this outdoor humidity. Through the unique condensation function to simulate outdoor moisture erosion. During the condensation cycle during the test, the water in the reservoir at the bottom of the test room is heated to generate hot steam, which fills the whole test room. The hot steam maintains the relative humidity of the test room at 100% and maintains a relatively high temperature. The sample is fixed on the side wall of the test room, so that the test surface of the sample is exposed to the ambient air in the test room. The outward side of the sample is exposed to the natural environment and has a cooling effect, resulting in a temperature difference between the internal and external surfaces of the sample. The appearance of this temperature difference leads to the liquid water generated by condensation on the test surface of the sample during the whole condensation cycle.

The spray system has 12 nozzles, 6 on each side of the test room; The spray system can run for a few minutes and then be turned off. This short time of spraying can quickly cool the sample, creating thermal shock conditions.
