Mask airflow resistance tester
I. Main uses
Textile airflow resistance meter is used to determine the obstruction performance of ordinary fabrics and medical protective masks.

IV. Operation instructions
A schematic diagram of the instrument's appearance is shown in Fig.
1. After unpacking the box, connect the instrument power cord and connect the power supply.
2. Prepare the sample according to the processing requirements in GB 19083-2010.
3. Unscrew the three butterfly nuts (4) at the sample disc, remove the upper plate (5), and test the sample
4. Spread on the lower plate (6), then cover the upper plate (5), tighten the butterfly nut (4), and clamp the sample.(Note: The O-ring seal between the two plates must be preserved, if lost will not be tested.The test sample must be placed in the center on the lower plate.)
5. Turn on the Power Supply switch on the instrument panel and press Zero Up to push the panel

Clear the upper airflow resistance display table (if the zero is not complete, press the "Zero" button many times until the display table is completely clear), press the "Start" button on the instrument panel, rotate the flow adjustment knob (3) on the instrument platform clockwise, and start the suction work.

10. Cut off the gas source.(If the airflow resistance of the tested sample exceeds the set value of 1000Pa, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the gas source immediately.)
11. If the final result is F≤343.2Pa, the sample is qualified.
12. Repeat steps 5 to 7 until testing the complete sample.
13. After the test completes, turn off the "test power switch".Clean up the sample and impurities on the sample plate.
14. The time relay on the instrument is used to inhale the resistance per unit time of the sample

V. Notes and instrument maintenance
l If the alarm sound is heard and the alarm light is on after starting the test, the suction resistance of the sample has exceeded the set value of 1000Pa, and the "clear" button must be pressed immediately to protect the instrument.
l All parameters of the airflow resistance display table have been set, not for non-professional maintenance personnel
l Modify without authorization.
l Flow meter must be used within the flow range, prohibit exceeding range.
l The instrument must be well-grounded!
