Wrinkle recovery Angle tester main features:

1. The base with bracket, the fixed circular steel plate on the base is matched with the movable steel plate at the upper end, and the locking pin is provided on the movable flange;

2. Four standard weights, respectively 2000g, 1000g, 500kg and 200kg;

3. Provide a full set of 5-inch × 3-inch plastic sheets for easy rating (grade 1-5).

Main principles:

Standard atmospheric conditions, using standard crushed device to sample a predetermined pressure, and maintain the stipulated time, the overall structure of the instrument and the precision of spiral column can assure the sample produce uniform deformation after loading, remove the sample from the instrument, to cut wet sample in the standard atmospheric conditions and to restore the certain time, then according to the contrast and reference samples, sample evaluation sample appearance.

Test process:

1. Three samples were tested continuously with a sample pressing device, with an interval of about 1min;

2. Fold the sample face to face, clamp the edge of the cloth, no more than 5mm of the edge of the cloth;

3. Under some circumstances, the surface of the sample will stick together. A piece of paper or aluminum foil, measuring 18x14mm, should be used.

4. Place the folded sample between the two blocks, immediately apply the weight, turn on the timing device, wait 60+2 seconds, prepare the next sample according to 2, 3, 4;

5. After 5.5 minutes, quickly and slightly remove the weight. Transfer the folded sample to the sample rack of the measuring instrument with a clip;

6. Remove the paper or aluminum foil, put one side of the sample into the sample holder, and hang the other side freely. After 60+2 seconds, put the second and third pieces into the sample holder;

7. Adjust the instrument so that the lower end of the sample suspension is consistent with the vertical mark of the instrument, and adjust it continuously within 5min (make the lower end of the sample suspension consistent with the vertical mark of the instrument) to avoid the influence of gravity;

After 8.5min, record the recovery Angle of the sample. If the droop end is slightly curled or twisted, take the vertical plane through the center of the droop end and the axis of the dial as the reference for the crease recovery Angle reading;

9. Repeat the above steps, and make another 3 samples with reverse folding and zonal front folding and reverse folding (12 pieces in total).
