    1. Introduction

    The permeability tester is used to measure the permeability of sanitary towels, sanitary pads, diapers/tablets and other sanitary products. It is used in sanitary products factories, national quality inspection centers and so on

    2. Test principle:

    4. Operation process

    Determination of slip permeability:

    1. Install each part to the position shown in the figure. First, put the tester in the horizontal position, adjust the Angle between the upper panel and the lower panel to be (30 earth 2)°, and then adjust the lower opening of the funnel, so that the projection of its central point is (200±2)mm from the lower edge of the inclined plane plate of the tester, and the opening of the lower opening of the funnel faces the operator. Pour the appropriate amount of test solution into the funnel, moisten the funnel, wash the funnel with test solution twice, and set aside for use.

    2.     3. Measure the test solution accurately with a measuring cylinder, take 50mL of baby diapers/pad and 60mL of baby diapers/pad, and pour them into the adjusted standard drain funnel of baby diapers and diapers/pad; Take 150mL of adult diapers and diapers/pads and pour it into the adjusted standard drain funnel for adult diapers and diapers/pads. Then quickly open the funnel node to large, so that the solution flows freely to the surface of the sample and flows along the inclined plane into the beaker. After the solution is drained, close the funnel joint and wipe the lower entrance of the funnel so that there is no solution. Use a measuring cylinder to measure the solution in a beaker (accurate to 1mL) as the test result. If the test solution flows away from the side of the sample, the sample becomes invalid and another sample is taken for retesting.

    4. Calculation of experimental results: the amount of slip permeability was expressed as the capacity (ml) of the unabsorbed test solution of the sample. 7 pieces were measured for each sample. Note: if less than 2 of the 7 samples (excluding 2 samples) have side flow, the results can be retained, but should be noted in the test report.

    Determination of backpermeability:

    1. Pour appropriate amount of test solution into the funnel, moisten the funnel, wash the funnel twice with the solution, remove the solution from the funnel, fix it on the bracket for use, and open the lower opening of the funnel to the operator. Take a sample to be tested and place it in a natural state on a filter paper with a sufficient mass known and put it under the funnel, so that the vertical distance between the projection of the center point of the bottom mouth of the funnel and the center point of the built-in absorption layer of the sample is 5mm -- lOmm. Measure the test solution accurately with a measuring cylinder. Measure 40mL of baby diapers of type S (including type S), 60ml of type M, and 80ml of type L (including type L). Take 150mL of adult diapers and pour it into the adjusted adult diapers, diapers/pads special standard drain funnel.

    2.
