The ozone test chamber is composed of ozone control system, temperature control system and humidity control system. The ozone control system is composed of ozone generator, ozone sensor and ozone controller to maintain constant ozone concentration in the cavity. The temperature control system provides a stable temperature of 20℃~40℃ for the experimental chamber, which is heated by electric heating wire. Mechanical design requirements

1. Overall requirements

2. Structural requirements

Test chamber 1. The test chamber is made of stainless steel, strictly sealed except the device channel, and its dimensions are measured by reference. The test chamber should have good insulation performance, and the chamber wall should be filled with insulation cotton. The design of the test chamber floor needs to be able to remove condensation quickly.

2. The test chamber is divided into semi-connected front and rear parts by the separator, which occupies about three quarters of the height from top to bottom. Reference mapping for specific dimensions.

3. The front door of the test chamber can be opened and closed, and the observation window composed of double glazing is installed on the door. The size refers to surveying and mapping. Install lighting between two layers of glass.

4. The sample bracket is placed in the body of the anterior chamber. The shape of the bracket is a hollow disk supported by a pillar. The support is connected with the drive motor through the bearing, and the motor is installed outside and below the test chamber. The motor drives the sample bracket to rotate slowly, and the rotation speed can be adjusted from 0 to 10rpm.

5. Rear chamber: air stirring motor is installed on the upper part. Install heating wire, steam inlet pipe and ozone gas pipe horizontally.

Electronic design requirements

1. Temperature control

Turn on the temperature switch to display real-time temperature and set temperature. The temperature is controlled by single chip microcomputer, the heating wire heating chamber is controlled according to the set temperature, and the zui is maintained constant through feedback adjustment. 2. Humidity control

Turn on the humidity switch to display real-time humidity and set humidity. Humidity is controlled by single chip microcomputer, and steam generator is controlled according to setting humidity to make the cavity reach the target humidity, and zui is kept constant through feedback adjustment. Detect humidity full humidity range.

3. Ozone concentration control

Turn on ozone switch to display real-time ozone concentration and set ozone concentration. The ozone concentration is controlled by single chip microcomputer. According to the set ozone concentration, the ozone generator is controlled to make the cavity reach the target concentration. The acting power of the ozone generator is adjusted through feedback, and the zui remains constant. 0-10 PPM.

4. Motion control of sample frame

Turn on the motor switch, the sample frame drives the motor to run, and adjust the speed through the knob. Zuigao speeds up to 10rpm.

5. Timing control

After the timing starts, the timer automatically counts down. After the timing starts, the exhaust fan switch fails and the test chamber lock is dead. When timing, if close the temperature, humidity, ozone, timing stop, and start the buzzer about 5. After the end of the timing, turn off the temperature, humidity, ozone switch.

6. Water level alarm

When the water level is too high or too low, turn on the water level switch and start the buzzer until it returns to normal. If the water level cannot return to normal for 20min, stop timing and stop temperature, humidity and ozone.
