Button tester

I. introduction:

HBJ button tester can be configured with NK, HP series push and pull meter and special fixture, which is specially used to measure the button's buckle force or break away from clothes. It is a very important standard to test the fixed strength of buttons and buttons, especially in the design and manufacture of infant and children's clothing. The measurement of a certain force on a button-mounted ornament is recorded by a force instrument.

Ii. Purpose

The purpose of the HBJ button tester is to define the responsibility of the garment manufacturer to ensure that buttons, buttons and fasteners are properly attached to the garment to prevent the buttons from escaping from the garment and posing a risk to the baby. Therefore, all buttons, buttons and fixed upholstery parts of garments (which can be put into a small object tester as a whole) need to be tested by the button tester.

　　五、仪器的安装方法：

　　1、机座的安装方法：

　　本仪器可安装在桌子上，使仪器更加稳固。安装时请保证工作台面水平，使测试得到准确的数值。安装时请参照(长×宽:300mm×200mm)安装。

　　2、推拉力计的安装方法：

　　A、用M4扳手将测力计安装板上4个M 4×15的内六角圆柱头螺钉松开，卸下测力计安装板;

D. After installing the push tension meter, re-install the installation plate of the dynamometer to the rack with the M4 socket wrench.

3. Installation method of upper fixture:

Install the hook with internal thread in the attachment of the upper fixture on the test bar of the push tension meter.

4. Installation method of base fixture:

Use the 2 M6 screws in the attachment and the M6 inner hexagon wrench to connect the base fixture and the machine base firmly.

Vi. General test operation process:

1. Put the cloth with button fixing parts on the base fixture (under the presser with concave shape), keep the button facing up, push the handle of the push rod to hold the cloth (and make sure the fabric is pressed).

2. Rotate the clamping device counterclockwise to open its grasping mouth.

3. If the push force of HP series (digital display push force meter) is used for timing, turn on the power and wait for the LCD display to be zero.

4. Install the push force timer of NK series (pointer push force meter). Press the switch button to return the finger to zero.

5. Shake the hand wheel of the turning body to make the upper fixture move downward and grasp the button.

Vii. Daily maintenance and maintenance:

1. Do not overload. The rated load of this instrument is 300N.

2. Pay attention to daily maintenance and keep all parts of the instrument clean.

3. When the instrument is sluggish and inflexible during use, please add a little oil to lubricate the oil hole in the bearing seat on both sides of the machine.
