In order to control the production of volatile substances reasonably, it is necessary to carry out atomization test on the materials used in automobile interior decoration.

    Atomization test instrument is applicable to the evaluation of evaporation of volatile components of automotive and aircraft interior materials, such as automotive interior plastic parts, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, nonwovens, thermal plasticity elastomers and other materials under high temperature, and can also be used for the measurement of xenon lamp high temperature atomization phenomenon [2].

    Basic applications:

    Automobile interior decoration: it is suitable for automobile interior decoration material, such as instrument panel, knob, seat cushion, floor leather, ceiling material, etc.

    Plastic granule: extended application for testing high temperature volatile components of plastic raw material granule.

    4. Test principles

    The sample is heated in a fogging cup and begins to evaporate. The volatile gas condenses on a glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled by the cooling chamber. After the condensation process, take off the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil, and compare with the data before the condensation, so as to obtain the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.

    Three methods of measurement

    Gloss method: the gassy value of the sample can be obtained by comparing and calculating the gloss value of the glass plate before and after condensation.

    Fogging method: the fogging value of the sample can be obtained by comparing and calculating the fogging value of the glass plate before and after the glass plate condensation.

    Gravimetric method: the sample is condensed on the low-temperature aluminum foil by the gas vaporized by heating in the fogging cup. By weighing the weight change of the aluminum foil before and after condensation, the weight of the atomized -- condensed sample can be obtained.

    5. Operation steps:
