Fabric bursting tester

The bursting strength tester is divided into two types. One is hydraulic bursting and pneumatic bursting. Through the hydraulic action on the test sample above the rubber tympanic membrane, the tested sample will burst, which is used to test the z-large pressure value and bursting height of knitted, woven, non-woven fabric, paper and board paper.

The hydraulic automatic bursting tester USES high-precision pressure sensor and imported non-contact linear displacement sensor to accurately test the bursting force and height of samples at the moment of bursting. Transparent import acrylic test cup, easy to observe the whole process of sample swelling. High power electric push rod, high torque, stable and accurate pressure, high Z pressure can reach 6000kPa. A variety of test cups are available.
