Scope of application:

Universal abrasion tester for flat grinding, curved edge grinding, grinding, frilled edge grinding and on the frost resistance, abrasion resistance test, such as edge and raising can be used for the woven fabric, knitted fabric and coated fabric, pile fabric, socks, felt deep, fabric, fabric, yarn, cord, plastic film, rubber, leather, paper, and many other materials. The sample may be dry or immersed in water, oil, or other liquids.

Product details:

This instrument is mainly composed of control system and friction system. Install the sample on the fixture and tighten it. Put down the upper fixture with sandpaper, adjust the position of the weight to make the sandpaper contact with the sample surface, set the friction times of the sample through the control system, and start the instrument. The base of the clamp is moved back and forth to make the sample and sandpaper rub against each other. When the movement frequency reaches the set value, the instrument stops and the sample is taken off to observe the degree of wear. Suitable for testing the wear and abrasion resistance of all kinds of fabrics including clothing, shoes and industrial textiles.
