[Scope of Application] : The simulated wearable pretreatment machine is used for the simulated wearable pretreatment before the respirator is tested for respiratory resistance, filtration material penetration and other tests

[Working principle] :

The simulated wearing pretreatment machine is composed of respiration simulator, test head mold, saturated water vapor generator, temperature control device, and flow meter, etc. It can control the respiration simulator to operate at a breathing volume of 2L for 25 times/min. The temperature of saturated steam near the mouth of the die can be controlled at (37+2) °. Turn on the preconditioning unit to put the breathing unit and saturated steam generator into working condition until stability is achieved. Wear the exhaler airtight on the matching test head mold and test for about 20 minutes. Remove the particulate filter material from the respirator, reinstall it, and repeat the test 10 times.
