    First, overview

    The device is designed and manufactured according to standard GA124 and GB2890 to test the dead cavity test of positive pressure fire air respirator. The test principle is determined by measuring the CO2 content in the inhaled gas.

    Iii. Technical indicators

    1. Working environment: the concentration of CO2 gas in the surrounding air is 0.1%

    2. Carbon dioxide gas source: the volume fraction of CO2 gas (5 ± 0.1)%

    3. CO2 flowmeter: flow range: 0-50L / min, accuracy: level 2.5.

    4. Equipped with CO2 analyzer: 0~12%, precision level 1; CO2 sensor is British brand.

    Four, structure principle

    The main components of the test device include: test head mold, mechanical artificial lung with solenoid valve, connecting pipe, flowmeter, CO2 gas analyzer and control system.

    The test device is driven by the low-speed motor of the detection device through the control system to drive the artificial lung to reciprocate motion, to simulate the actual human breathing process.The push journey is equivalent to inspiration, and the return journey is equivalent to exhalation.For the upper head mold of the cabinet, these two processes complete a breathing process.A certain amount of high concentration of CO2 was injected while inhaling, and the whole breathing process was detected by using a CO2 gas analyzer.
