Four, structure principle
The main components of the test device include: test head mold, mechanical artificial lung with solenoid valve, connecting pipe, flowmeter, CO2 gas analyzer and control system.
The test device is driven by the low-speed motor of the detection device through the control system to drive the artificial lung to reciprocate motion, to simulate the actual human breathing process.The push journey is equivalent to inspiration, and the return journey is equivalent to exhalation.For the upper head mold of the cabinet, these two processes complete a breathing process.A certain amount of high concentration of CO2 was injected while inhaling, and the whole breathing process was detected by using a CO2 gas analyzer.
