Leather friction color fastness tester, introduction of testing machine

The instrument is used to test the rubbing fastness of leather surfaces, evaluating the transfer of colour by determining the degree of "discoloration" of the leather surface or coating and the degree of adhesion of the wool felt. During the test, dry or wet white wool felt is wrapped on the friction surface, and then reciprocating friction is clamped on the test table. There are dry and wet test methods.

The test principle of

The square wool felt on the friction head (with or without external weight) reciprocates the friction on the leather on the friction platform (stretched or not stretched). After a certain number of times, the color and gray card ratio of the wool felt is carried out, and the color and gray card ratio of the test leather is carried out to evaluate the grade.

The instrument consists of the following parts:

Additional weight: according to the requirements of each standard, the additional weight is 500g.

Friction hammer: according to the standard requirements, the friction hammer is 500g.

Friction table: bearing sample during test.

Extension screw knob: the area of the friction table is enlarged by rotating the screw knob, so that the sample fixed on the friction table is deformed.

Contrast tested and untested parts under artificial light sources specified in GB/T 6151 or daylight from the north.

The gray sample card with corresponding geometric grading was used for grading (that is, "color degree" was used for color transfer and "color change" was used for damage).

If the rating is between two ratings. Take the lower rating, that is, the lower case.

If the grading of repeated tests is different, take the lower grading between the two as the test result.
