Test principle:
To enable the syringe to produce a specific hydraulic pressure, inject liquid into the entire syringe, record the liquid volume, and then measure the syringe compliance (i. e., the syringe nominal capacity changes when the internal hydraulic pressure is applied).

Test item requirements: For the tested syringe with a nominal capacity of less than 50 mL, use a 1 mL or 2 mL pressurized syringe.For tested syringes with a nominal capacity of 50 mL and above, a 5 mL pressurized syringe was used.Steamed memory water meets the requirements of tertiary water in GB / T 6682.
test method:
1 Clean the tested syringe and inject steam memory water (B.2.2) Until the nominal capacity discharges all air from the system.
2 Connect the tested syringe and the test instrument (B.2.1), Hold the core rod firmly so that it can not move in the coat.
3 The tested syringe is isolated from the pressurized syringe and the pressure gauge using a three-way valve.
4 Apply test pressure given to Table 2 to the liquid system.
5 Note the maximum displacement volume in the pressurized syringe when each test pressure is reached.
6 Connect the measured syringe to the pressurized syringe and the pressure gauge using a three-way valve.
7 The volume difference recorded in each test pressure was calculated and recorded as the compliance of the tested syringe under this pressure.
