Introduction of GB8410 horizontal combustion tester

By measuring the time required for a certain distance of combustion, the horizontal flammability tester obtains the flame spread trend and flame spread speed of the material during combustion, grades the flammability of the product, and evaluates the flame resistance of the material. Used for testing the relative combustion rate and flame retardancy of textiles, especially automotive upholstery fabrics. It can be equipped with fume hood and fire extinguishing device to realize complete combustion test.

The test principle of

1. This equipment provides a flame combustion source. Manually adjust the height specified by the flame value standard, and then automatically operate the flame to ignite and extinguish.

2. Observe and record the combustion phenomenon when the flame ACTS on the sample. Timing of combustion with a timer.

C. Sample holder: the sample holder can be placed in the combustion chamber, on which a u-shaped clip can be placed, and on the bottom there is a tray for dropping unloaded objects after combustion. Position immobile during test.

D.U clip: holding standard size sample, composed of two pieces, fixed together by pin, marked with the mark of the designated position. And has been matched with heat-resistant support wire.

E. Control box: the control box has an air inlet connected to the air supply device. Two air outlets, one connected to the Bunsen burner's gas pipe and the other to the Bunsen burner's ignition pipe. Meanwhile, the front side panel has three corresponding air regulating valves.
